The early-access reservation

The $199 deposit reserves your spot on the EvaGenomics early-access waitlist and locks in the discounted kit price of $899 (regular $1,199) when kits become available. Your deposit is applied to the balance when your kit ships.

Refund policy

Your deposit is fully refundable at any time before your kit ships. Email support@evagenomics.com and we'll return the deposit within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. If EvaGenomics cancels or materially delays the program, your deposit is refunded automatically.

Physician-ordered service

Every EvaGenomics kit includes a physician-reviewed order and whole-genome sequencing performed by a CLIA-certified laboratory. Results are reviewed with a qualified clinician. Results are for educational purposes and are not a diagnosis and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consent to genetic testing

By placing a deposit you acknowledge that whole-genome sequencing may reveal findings of clinical, personal, or family significance, including findings unrelated to your original concern. You will have the opportunity to review consent for the sequencing step separately before your sample is processed.

Data use

Use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Use of de-identified data for improving interpretation models is a separate, optional opt-in you make during consent — declining does not affect your waitlist reservation.
